Another great experience getting my Impreza serviced today. I had Satish assisting me today with my service. He was most helpful and welcoming. My car was ready post service early and I was provided with a report prior to pick up via text which was really helpful allowing me to read the service report prior to pick up. The car was ready early ( thank you it saved me waiting around for too long) The car was cleaned and Satish took the time to read through the service report which thankfully there were no concerns ( After all it is a Subaru and these cars are awesome ) I love my Subaru the best car I have had. It was a fixed price service fee and Satish also took the time to walk me to my car and thanked me for my custom. Who could ask for more? Thank you Satish and the Service Team appreciated. .................................................................................................. I had a great experience at Essendon Subaru. I was in need of trading in my old car on a Subaru Impreza. I was anxious doing this but I must say was put at ease and felt more confident after meeting the salesman Ayman. Ayman put me at ease and discussed with me what model of car I wanted and also did not put any pressure on me but allowed me to take my time and look at the various options available. Ayman was honest , informed me of the various options choices and talked me through them. He worked out a great deal for me in regards to my needs. Ayman is a great Salesman that instills confidence in you allowing you make the choices you feel comfortable with.
