Car put in on time and explanation given on what is to be done. Photos of car taken! The car was ready prior to the time given and we were informed! The service person went through what had been done and provided a bottle of additive to be put in the petrol tank in 6 months time!

Generally we have been very happy with the service previously but on this occasion not so much. We had informed the staff of the problem with the cowl being loose on the front windscreen when we booked and also dropped off the car. We were informed later in the afternoon that they had found this problem and may not be able to fix it that day. It was implied that we hadn’t told them previously. We were told it would cost about $500 to fix but not urgent as that whole thing needed to be replaced. I took it to a windscreen place who fixed it in 5 minutes and charged me nothing. Very frustrating.
