I had been shopping around for a new car and found myself repeatedly coming back to Subaru Penrith. Joel was very easy going and incredibly patient with my repeated visits and tests drives while I tried to decide and was always so friendly and chipper when we dropped in. He also worked hard to find me the right car and right deal which was really appreciated. Other dealerships were trying to railroad me into a purchase or order for a car (at one place, without even having the car for me to look at, while another one held me captive until they could find out how long a waitlist was, that I didn't ask for), but here, there was no pressure and Joel was always very genuine and full of smiles. He also makes a mean latte. I can't recommend Subaru Penrith enough!!
