We visited Subaru Penrith to look at the BRZ and dealt with Lachlan, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He was friendly, knowledgeable and never pushy. He drives a BRZ himself, so he knows the car inside and out and could answer our questions from real experience rather than sales features. The test drive was the highlight. We got proper time behind the wheel to experience the car, and it never felt rushed or pressured. That stood out even more after a test drive at a Toyota dealership, where we felt like an afterthought and the salesperson didn't seem to know much about the car. If you're interested in a Subaru, I'd highly recommend Subaru Penrith, and Lachlan in particular. He made the whole experience a really positive one. Thank you Lachlan!
