If I could give six stars I would! What an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. Anissa was my first point of contact. No hard sell, just informational emails on the car. Nothing was too much, every follow up was professional and friendly. Next was Alison - finance, she is amazing too, put me completely at ease and ran me through all the details and gave me complete confidence in the provider and bravoauto. Travelled from North Sydney to collect the car, so 2 hour journey by public transport. Picked up at the station by Lachlan, really pleasant conversation on the way to the dealership & took his time taking me through the car set up. The three of them gave so much confidence with the purchase that I didn’t feel the need to test drive the car, just picked it up and headed home. When you’ve got three staff, that between them have been working at bravoauto for around 20 years, it says a lot about them and the company. Well done! When I’m ready for my next car it will be with bravoauto Penrith, thank you!
