I’ve never considered a Subaru before. Been a VW and Škoda fan for 10+ years. I’ve always thought it was out of my price range. My husband convinced me to take a look and test drive a Forester. So I did with zero expectations. I know from many reviews, Subaru is reliable and does the hard yards. When we walked in on Saturday morning to the show room, we were immediately greeted by the Business Manager - Taruna who swiftly got me into the test drive; got my deets and I was in car within moments. Returned to the showroom and presented us with a couple of options within my price range. We then met Kevin, such a lovely young man who appraised my car for a trade-in and we talked #s. I hate dealerships. Full-stop. The sales pressure. The hard push. I was surprised at Subaru. So pleasantly surprised at the approach. Open. Genuine. Their service level is far beyond what you would find in a typical dealership. I will go back. Thanks team for changing my mindset on the brand. I’m certainly sold on the service. Thanks Kevin and Taruna ☺️ Two weeks later, we got the Forester. Appreciate the timely updates Taruna and Kevin.
