(Update: June 2026: The service this time is great and have a very good manner compare to last two services, I am pleased to have a much more responsible car service experience. It was the service I had back like couple of years ago. Looking forward to the next service is like this efficient and staff Michael have been very nice to me and apologize for the previous 2 service issues and had several explanation. Finger cross next time when I visit it's still as nice as it used to be) (Update: I just realized the car service guys haven't reset my maintenance reminder, and it popped up saying my car is due for maintenance...what were they doing?) I feel quite annoyed and disappointed with the last two services. Every time I've booked the earliest slot and mentioned that I would need the car around lunchtime, the service team has dragged it on, and I've had to follow up multiple times. Meanwhile, I could see the car just sitting there with no one attending to it. In the end, I picked up the car almost at the end of business hours. Also, both times my car was not washed, and I'm not sure why the other cars were washed even though they were picked up much earlier. Mine wasn't a main service, so does that mean it doesn't deserve a car wash? The customer service at the counter feels grumpy even if I'm just asking about the progress after waiting for like 5 hours. They did not clearly explain what had been done and simply stated, "This is your price to pay today." I understand it's an exhausting job, as I personally work in customer service as well, but at least a clear explanation would be fair. Last time, the maintenance team did a great job, but the time before that, after the maintenance, the car felt uncomfortable and a bit loose. So, it really depends on the car maintenance.
