I didn’t mean to edit my previous post from last year…which is why you may have seen it come to the top of the reviews…I had meant to upload a new post after today’s service…The team continue to be efficient and accommodating, after I arrived a fair bit late. Service Advisor, Michael always wants to ensure Customer leaves happy!

Cup holder broken, won't admit that it was a part defect and refuse to fix it. Seat belt release sticky they said they "didn't have the problem on the day". Car is still under warranty, of course they don't want to fix it. The service persons attitude was poor, wanted to start an arguement when I complained of about these items. Update, they agreed to fix the cup holder insert and the seat belt release under warranty. Still had to travel there 2 more times. The service attitude was better second and third time around. Update, I have since returned for regular service and they have done a nice job.
