Professional, punctual, and responsive initially. I had a very good experience as a new customer at the time of purchase. However, a few months later I needed an itemised invoice to support an insurance claim for paint protection following an accident. I was asked by Jennifer to email through the details, but unfortunately my emails went unanswered and my follow-up calls were not returned. This was disappointing, especially as communication had been excellent prior to the purchase.
