I recently test drove the Subaru Trailseeker at Subaru Castle Hill and whilst I did not go ahead with it, I cannot fault the service I received from Alex. Alex was knowledgeable and friendly throughout the test drive. There was also no pressure applied during the follow up to the test drive and she was understanding whilst I was mulling over the vehicle If I am in the market again I would not hesitate to go back to Subaru Castle Hill. For those who are looking at a Subaru, I would definitely recommend Subaru Castle Hill.

We recently visited the Castle Hill Subaru showroom to look at the Forester, and while we ultimately decided it wasn’t quite the right fit for us, the service we received from Joe and Alice was genuinely excellent and deserves recognition. Joe was fantastic from the moment we arrived — he booked our test drive, walked us through the car in detail, and answered every question patiently and knowledgeably. There was no pressure at any point, just genuine helpfulness. Alice then took us out for the test drive and was equally wonderful — friendly, professional, and happy to let us take our time getting a real feel for the car. In the end we decided the car just wasn’t the right match for what we were after — but that took nothing away from the outstanding experience Joe and Alice gave us. If you’re considering a Subaru, ask for these two. Their service was warm, professional, and completely no-pressure. Thank you both!
