I recently changed to Hornsby dealer to service my Outback and I won't be changing back. Two car services in and I couldn't be happier. Not only did they mange to fix an ongoing (but intermittent) engine issue that's been an annoyance for 2 years - but the customer service, communication and efficiency of the team is 5 star.
