I went with my son when he bought a Subaru BRZ from Penrith Subaru. What sets a company apart is how they respond when things don’t go quite to plan. Upon arriving home with the car we noticed some controls weren’t working, my son called Harri who was the sales person he dealt with. Harri arranged for us to take the car straight into their service centre, they were waiting for us and even had a courtesy vehicle ready which we didn’t need. The service manager quickly identified the issue which came from how a dash cam had been connected, which was no fault of Penrith Subaru I may add. The problem was all sorted in less than an hour. The professionalism of Harri and the service department demonstrates their attitude towards their product and customer service. Thank you so much Penrith Subaru.

Harri looked after my trade-in and new subaru purchase and was so relaxed allowing me to test drive a few different cars and return at a later time to review other models.
