My family first looked at the Subaru Forester in November 2025, where Lachlan assisted us. He was friendly, not pushy at all, and completely understood that we weren’t ready to buy at that time. We came back in December 2025 to test drive a few models and quickly fell in love with the new Forester. Although we knew it was the right car for us, the timing still wasn’t quite right. Lachlan remained patient and checked in with us a few months later. By March 2026, we were ready to move forward with the purchase and specifically asked to work with him again. From there, the whole process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. The understanding and patience Lachlan showed throughout our journey is exactly what brought our family back when we were ready. We absolutely love our Forester and are so glad we returned to finalise the purchase with him!
