Vinnie from Subaru Mentone absolutely saved us! Drove 20 minutes each way just to come help us, confirmed a flat battery, then got us straight into the shop to get it replaced. Legend. Saved us hours with RACV instead. Oh, and the flat battery has been the only issue with the car in 7 years too.
