Bought a beautiful SUV from Subaru Doncaster. My CES (Michael) has been exceptionally supportive from the prompt reply after my initial enquiry, to discussing specifics over the phone, being easily reacheable by text message, very reliable with the timing of the booking and prompt in registering me for the test drive, and finalising the paper work. This was especially appreciated by first time interstate retail buyer, like myself. Also a quick note for the prompt support received from his manager, when this was needed (when I spoke to Michael either over the phone or in the showroom) - no waiting around while the manager "was looking into it". Very prompt, and close-working team. Great job.
