If you are in the Market for a Subaru I would recommend the Team at Castle Hill Subaru. I met with Joe C. and he was highly professional, listen to my requirements and took me for an extended test drive in the new Subaru Touring Outback. The whole time I found Joe great to deal, he listened and never over sold me during the process and I am very happy to recommend him if you are in the market for a new car. Also it is worth noting going to Castle Towers to look at the car was very easy (I didn't think it would be). The location was great plenty of space to review the car before the test drive and super easy to take the car out as it was just in the car park on the same level a few hundred metres away. All in all a great experience.

Outstanding Service! Alex and Joe at Subaru Castle Hill provide outstanding service throughout every step of the car purchasing process. Alex greeted us with a smile when we walked into the dealership and took us for a test drive in the Outback XT Touring. She is kind, friendly and patient with explaining all of the features of the Outback as myself and my wife are not very good with technology. Alex has a thorough knowledge of the model line up and explains everything in a way that does not seem overwhelming. Joe assisted us with pricing up and finding the exact car that was right for our budget. He is honest and straightforward and listened exactly to what our needs were. Once we signed the papers, Joe kept us informed on the status of our car every step of the way and kindly arranged a loan car for a few days while we waited for a new one to arrive as our trade ins insurance had expired. Joe very kindly sent us photos when our car arrived on site which made us very excited. Joe and Alex made us feel very special on the day of delivery as they arranged a ribbon and balloons in my favourite colour to decorate my new car. This was a very special touch and made this the most memorable new car experience I have ever had. A special shout out to Alex and Joe’s manager, Arthur for managing a fantastic team. I will be recommending Alex and Joe to my family and friends for their next car purchase.
